Welcome to Richard Bland College!
The Admissions Team is coming to your school to host an On-Site Student Orientation. We hope to help you transition smoothly into college life and take care of any unresolved matters before classes begin.
What to Expect:
- Confirming your spot at RBC: Fee Waivers available
- Virginia In-State Tuition Forms
- RBC Account Setup
- Student Success Team for Class Registration
- Financial Aid Review
- Housing Application and Meal Plan Choice

Questions & Answers
On-Site Student Orientation will make sure you have taken care of the Big 3: Class Scheduling, Financial Aid, and Housing (if needed).
Attending Orientation is highly encouraged to ensure you are fully prepared for the start of your journey at Richard Bland College.
Yes! We can help you through that process. I will send instructions out prior and advise using a computer to work through the setup process.
A Learner Mentor will be available to create schedules, answer questions, and make adjustments if needed.
If a FAFSA was submitted in time, we will be able to go over basics about the financial aid award letter and be sure you have the contact information for our Financial Aid team.
